If you are a Connecticut school you may apply below to have your expenses reimbursed for travel to “Digging Into History: Back From The Trenches” on November 15th, 2019.
Terms and Conditions
This reimbursement program is only available to schools located in the state of Connecticut and for students in grades 9-12. Fun Academy will select schools for reimbursement at their sole discretion. Reimbursements will be made for estimated travel costs of no more than $500 per school until the reimbursement fund is exhausted or Fun Academy discontinues the program, whichever occurs first. Fun Academy reserves the right to end acceptance of new requests for reimbursement at any time.
If your school is selected for reimbursement you agree to provide Fun Academy with an invoice of expenses for reimbursement and receipts. Reimbursements will only be made after you attend the event and an invoice is received from the school by Fun Academy. Fun Academy will only reimburse schools. No reimbursements of payments will be made to individuals. All requested paperwork must be submitted to Fun Academy on or before December 16th. After December 16th, requests for reimbursement may not be honored. Fun Academy will send payment by check within 45 days of receiving a complete and accurate request for reimbursement.
