Agreement Acceptance: You accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms by entering this giveaway. If you don’t accept the terms, you are not entitled to entry into the giveaway. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, add, remove or otherwise revise these Terms of Use, the giveaway, this Agreement or giveaway rules, regulations or policies. 

Terms & Conditions: 

1. This promotion is promoted by Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. 

2. This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, except employees of Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. (or their parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

3. Participants must be 13 years or older to enter. If a participant is under 18 years old, they must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. 

4. How to enter: To submit an entry, participants must submit a photo of their pet(s) to the official Sgt. Stubby: An American Hero Facebook page (@StubbyMovie) during the Promotion Period using one of two methods: 

   – Public Entry: Post a photo of your pet(s) in the comment section adjacent to the official giveaway post. 

   – Private Entry: Send a photo of your pet(s) via Direct Message (DM) to the official @StubbyMovie Facebook page. 

5. Promotion Period: The opening date for entries is SEPTEMBER 9, 2026. The closing date for entries is SEPTEMBER 23, 2026 AT 11:59 PM EST. No entries received after this cutoff will be accepted. 

6. No purchase necessary to enter or win. 

7. Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Sgt. Stubby Back-to-School Prize Bundle, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $50.00. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. 

8. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality or specific components of the prize bundle. 

9. No cash or prize alternatives are available. 

10. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value. 

11. Winner Selection & Odds: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received (both public comments and DMs) on or about September 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. shall notify the winner via Facebook reply or direct message. If the winner does not respond with their shipping details within five (5) working days of notification, Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random. 

12. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in good faith. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its sole discretion. 

13. Late, incomplete, corrupt, or inappropriate entries will not be accepted. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, hide, or disqualify any photo submission that contains inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, infringing, or objectionable content. No responsibility can be accepted for lost or invalid entries, and proof of transmission (including screen grabs) will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through automated services, agencies, or third parties. Entrants must comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service. 

14. The prize will be shipped to the winner within 30 days of receiving a valid U.S. postal address. 

15. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd.’s decision regarding giveaway mechanics and winner selection is final and binding in all respects.

17. Entry instructions stated on the official Facebook post form part of these Terms and Conditions. 

18. By entering the giveaway, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. Any breach will result in entry invalidation. 

19. Photo Rights, Ownership Warranties & Minor Clearances: 

   – Ownership Warranty: By submitting a photo, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the photo or otherwise possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit the photo for this promotion. 

   – Minor Clearances: If any individuals under the age of 18 appear in the submitted photo, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such minor(s), or have obtained explicit authorization from their parent or legal guardian to enter the photo in this promotion. 

   – Public Entry Usage Rights: By submitting a Public Entry via comment, you grant Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited right to re-post or display your submitted photo, name, and Facebook handle solely for purposes related to administering, announcing, and promoting this specific giveaway campaign for up to one (1) year following the end of the Promotion Period. 

   – Private Entries: Private Entries submitted via Direct Message will be used solely to administer this promotion and will not be shared publicly unless you are selected as the winner, or unless we separately request and receive your explicit written permission. 

20. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current U.S. data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without prior consent. 

21. Under no circumstances will Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. be responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses arising from technical errors, interruptions, or delays in the giveaway or prize delivery. 

22. Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any stage if required by law or unforeseen circumstances. 

23. Facebook Release & Disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, all participants completely release Facebook/Meta from any and all liability connected to this promotion. Entrants understand they are providing their information to Fun Academy Media Group Ltd. and not to Facebook. 

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Any dispute relating to this giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Muscogee County, Georgia, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia for all disputes arising out of or relating to this promotion. 

25. Comments left directly on the Terms and Conditions landing page/link WILL NOT count as entries. You must submit your entry via comment or DM on the official Facebook promotion post as outlined in Clause 4.
